We happen to believe our DeWit tools are the best garden tools in the world. They are hand crafted with European FSC-certified ash hardwood handles, high-quality Swedish Boron steel heads, and many are forged to create a stronger product.
We don't foresee you having any issues with our products. If by chance this happens, we will gladly replace the product. We're confident that you won't need to use the warranty, so just for your knowledge:
If you have received a DeWit product that has manufacturer defects or workmanship issues, please take the product (along with the receipt) back to the retailer or Garden Center where you purchased it. They will replace the product for you, and we will ensure they receive a replacement product.
